When Susan and Sean booked their wedding with Bigler Productions Susan was sure she wanted to do their engagement photo shoot in the rose garden at Yado in Saratoga Springs.  For those of you that know Sean, he is not exactly the kind of a guy to lay in a bed of roses! The key job of a good wedding photographer is to place any couple in an environment that accents their personality and who they are as a couple; so I agreed to shoot at Yado (and in the roses) but only if they would be willing to let me take them through the woods at various other parts around the park.

I am very pleased with how the shoot turned out; the shots of them sitting in the middle of the rose garden are outstanding but I just love how picture of Sean standing triumphant on the pile of timber with his woman by his side turned out. (Also love the sepia shot of them by the pond)

I am looking forward to shooting their wedding next summer, it is going to be a fantastic day!
